Warranty Policy

We are proud to offer a 6 Months Color Fade Replacement Warranty on all our products. If you experience any issues related to color fading within this period, please reach out to our after-sales team for assistance.

Claim Process:

  1. Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
  2. Email theartisancartel@gmail.com  with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
  3. Self-ship the product to our official address and share courier details with AWB number.

  4. Upon receiving the product, we shall process a replacement on immediate basis, however if the same item is sold out you'll receive store credit based on the credit terms given below which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Warranty Exclusion:

The following scenarios are not covered under the warranty:

  1. Damage or Breakage: Jewelry that is damaged or broken due to usage.
  2. Missing Stones: Items with missing stones due to mishandling.

Please note that fashion jewellery is delicate and requires careful handling. To maintain its longevity, store it properly when not in use.
