Cancellation & Return/Exchanges
At The Artisan Cartel, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and ensuring your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. While we undertake rigorous quality checks before dispatching our jewellery pieces, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have established a return and exchange policy to address such situations.
Cancellation
- We currently do not offer cancellations.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as all sales are final.
- We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure everything is just right. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds/Exchanges
- At The Artisan Cartel, we strive to provide high-quality products you’ll love. While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, we’re here to assist in the rare case of a damaged product.
- Our return or exchange policy covers two specific scenarios:
§ Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged during transit, we are here to assist you in the return process.
§ Incorrect Order: In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the return and facilitate an exchange. Cash refund shall not be provided in any scenario.
Please note that other than the above scenarios, we maintain a strict no return, and no exchange policy. Cash refund shall not be allowed under any circumstances. Incase the product is damaged in transit we shall process a replacement on immediate basis, however if the same item is sold out we shall provide a store credit of the exact amount or replace with any other product of customer's choice.
Exchange Request Procedure:
- If you encounter a damaged product or receive an incorrect order, kindly follow these steps to initiate a replacement or exchange:
- Timely Communication: Within 24 hours of receiving your package, please email us at theartisancartel@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with the mail subject line: ENQUIRY - [Your Name] - [Order Number] and reach out to our after sales team on whatsapp at 9635840155 with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Video Proof: Along with your email, please provide an unedited unboxing video that demonstrates the condition of the received package and clearly showcases the damage or incorrect product. This video will serve as proof for our Quality Control Team.
Important Note: Failure to adhere to the video proof requirement may lead to the rejection of replacement requests.
Replacement Process:
- Once our Quality Control Team approves the return request, our courier partner shall pick up the package within 48-72 business hours.
Items Not Qualifying for Exchange:
The following scenarios do not qualify for an exchange:
- Package lost in shipment sent by you.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase).
- Incorrect delivery address and failed delivery attempt by our courier agent, resulting in the package being returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges again. NO CASH REFUND for such orders shall be done.
- Items purchased on Sale / Offer
